Suddenly Jack found himself in a dark windowless room. He also found that he was on a king sized bed and his hands were tied to the headboard while his feet were tied to the footboard. And to top it all off, he was a woman, quite a fat one too. He/She had to be at least 250lb.
It was then that someone came into the room. He came in pushing a cart that was full of all kinds of pastries and fattening foods. He then wheeled in a strange machine next to the bed. Then he took a long tube that was connected to the machine over to the bed and began to force the end down Jack's throat. When he was done, Jack could feel that the tube went all the way to his stomach. The man then went back to the machine and began to put the junk food into it. The machine then made a grinding noise and a strange colored fluid began to travel through the tube and began to fill up Jack stomach.
If Jack thinks he's fat now, He should see what he will look like in a year.
