The stone lit up and information flooded into Jon's mind, or rather Jen's mind as the first piece of information she received was that her name was now Jennifer Marie Gibson. The wish did not give her all of Jennifer's memories instantly but instead instilled in her mind an overview of what the magic had wrought. The wish had exchanged between her and the former Sarah McMillan, now Sam McMillan, all of the essential traits that influenced her previous good fortune.

The first and most obvious exchange had been their gender and beauty. Jennifer was now handily the most beautiful girl in school much in the same way Sarah was just the day before. However the few minor familial traits that it could have been argued Jon had the better or an equal version of, had been retained, resulting in her new appearance, looking like a blend of 85% Sarah and 15% traits from what a normal female version of Jon would have looked like. A good example of this would be her hair gaining all the body and sheen of Sarah's hair while retaining it's original shade. Sam was now a schlubby heavily freckled boy with limp sandy blonde hair.

The body changes went beyond the surface level; the magic had exchanged their physical abilities as well. Sarah had been incredibly fit and an excellent athlete and all of the fruits of her training had shifted to Jennifer. Despite the average man being stronger than the average female, Jennifer was definitely stronger despite her shorter, more slender frame. Jennifer had never felt so powerful. She breathed in deeply, her perfectly proportioned breasts rising and falling, relishing the sensation of breathing without the annoyance of asthma for the first time. Sam now had Jon's previous lack of athletic ability, despite his personality causing him to still gravitate towards the jock crowd. Apparently he was now the perennial bench-warmer of the basketball team.

Speaking of athletic ability, Sarah's position as head cheerleader and captain of the gymnastics team had also become Jennifer's. She looked into her closet and sure enough found the blue and bronze cheerleader uniform, with captain emblazoned on the back, proudly displayed on the rack. Naturally all of Sarah's training and practice on her routines transferred along as well.

That brought up the question of social circles, since Sarah's friend group had centered around the cheer squad. Jennifer's perfect brow furrowed as the magic filled her mind with the answer. Apparently the Cheer Squad was quite different under Jennifer's leadership, no longer dominated by a central cadre of mean girls. Most of the girls on the team were still on the team in the new reality, but the lack of pressure from Sarah led to many of them being nicer than they previously had been. Jennifer was apparently now good friends with Amber Levine, who was now the vice-captain instead of Tiffany Sanders. In fact Tiffany was the only member of the team Jen didn't particularly get along with as Steve's girlfriend was still the cruel woman she was before the realities shifted. Sam was now Steve's flunky, the lowest person on the totem pole of the Jock clique.

That explained many of the awards, apparently Jennifer was quite the champion now. There were however a few trophies that didn't seem to be from Cheerleading or Gymnastics. The magic of the stone quickly explained; the wish had, in addition to concrete attributes, had transferred Sarah's confidence and charisma to the new Jennifer. Perhaps that explained how relatively calmly she was taking everything; she was now the sort of person who was cool in a crisis and landed on their feet. Despite Sarah being cruel, her charm had allowed her to be well liked by those she didn't specifically torment. Apparently with this newfound confidence in her life, Jennifer had pursued things Jon hadn't. She idly remembered talking herself out of doing Mock Trial in the old reality, reasoning she wouldn't be very good at it, but in this new reality a trophy for winning the state championship sat before her. There was also a medal for ballet, apparently from when she was younger and had yet to develop, and another award for - Cosplay?

Jon had quite a few nerdy interests but his anxiety kept him from ever doing something like going to a convention. Apparently Jennifer had gone for it and even won third-place at a major convention's cosplay contest. She looked at the accompanying picture of her own smiling face, dressed in an impeccable Zelda costume and smiled faintly at it. She honestly couldn't remember ever looking as happy as she did in that picture, in the previous reality.

Karyn was in the picture with her, the redhead wearing her own Lara Croft outfit that had Jen feeling a little weak at the knee. Apparently she still liked girls. Good to know. Apparently with the knock on changes of the wish, Karyn had not made her wish yesterday to gain Sarah's hair and boobs, so she was still the beautiful redhead Jen remembered. Mostly Jen was just happy that apparently the changes hadn't taken her best friend from her.

The most drastic change from an outside view was what had happened to change her room. Where Sarah McMillan had been the daughter of the richest family in town, now Jennifer Gibson held that honor. However to accomplish that, major shifts had happened in the town. Sarah's father, Roger McMillan, had previously run McMillan Industries, a massive construction and real estate firm, and employed a good proportion of the town. Her mother Susan McMillan had been the heiress of the Van Pierson fortune as well making them old money.

All of that had changed. Where Jon's mother, Linda, was previously a low-level paralegal, she was now a high-powered attorney who made a seven figure salary. She now dressed in tailored skirt suit combos and killer heels. However it seemed the stone had a sense of humor as the far more extreme changes had happened to Jennifer's father, Richard Gibson. Richard had apparently usurped both Roger's position as the major employer in town and Susan's position as an heiress, emphasis on heiress. Richard was now Roxie Gibson, a beautiful woman who looked very much like an older version of Jennifer, who she'd apparently given birth to via donor sperm, while Linda bore Zoe. Apparently Jennifer had two moms now. Neat. Instead of being a low-level software engineer, Roxie was now the heiress of the Gibson fortune. They were now old money stretching back to colonial times. However apparently Roxie hadn't been idle with her money, and her previous software engineering job combined with Roger McMillan's former business success, to turn her into a tech mogul.

Gibson Tech was now the biggest business in town, having created numerous innovations in the world of computing. Jen realized her own cutting edge laptop was in fact a brand new Gibson XTR her new mother had gotten her. Gibson computing sold both hardware and software, suddenly becoming a magically created competitor to previously existing companies. People's jobs all across the region changed slightly to justify them working for Gibson Tech instead of McMillan industries as Roger McMillan was now the humble foreman of a single construction crew. Susan McMillan now ironically worked as an assistant for Roxie Gibson.

Jennifer fell back on the newly padded rear of her bubble butt, stunned by the onslaught of information. Plus she could tell that was just an overview of the major direct changes caused by the stone; minor details and changes caused by knock on effects of the initial changes would still present themselves. She knew she should be horrified by the sudden massive change to her life but could find it in herself to muster it. Jennifer's life just seemed so much better than Jon's had been and Sarah's previous cruelty prevented her from having much sympathy for Sam. Maybe she could explore this new reality a bit before she panicked and tried to "fix" things?
