"Yebbss," mumbled Jim through his smooshed lips.
"That's what I thought," said Rick who then gave his spherical friend a small kick, sending him rolling across the floor.
"Chanbge be back, blease," mumbled Jim as the world around him once again became a topsy-turvy whirlwind.
Rick only laughed at his friend's distorted speech as he rolled across his bedroom.
"Not yet, Jimbo. I want to see how high I can get you to bounce and maybe make a really big ashtray out of you." Rick smirked and walked towards his friend only to stop suddenly as a shiver went through his body.
"Shit," muttered Rick. The shiver that went through his body wasn't an ordinary one, it was a warning beacon that he was about to be summoned forth to his teacher for his final test before he truly became a real warlock. He only had 20 seconds to change Jim back to normal, a process that could only be accomplished by reciting an incantation that takes a little over a minute.
Rick dashed over to his friend and started to roll him over to his closet. "Listen Jim, I don't have long. I'm about to be teleported away for my final test and I don't have enough time to change you back to normal, so I'm going to have to stash you away in my closet. I don't know how long I'm going to be gone for this test so just sit tight the best you can."
"Whubever Wick, chanbge be back bow," demanded Jim.
"I'm sorry man, but I'm telling the truth. I should of known better than to show off my powers before all of the formalities were done." Rick opened his closet door and pushed Jim into it. Jim was about to tell Rick to quit fooling around and change him back again when he saw his friend's form shiver and dissolve into thin air as he teleported to parts unknown before he had a chance to close the closet door. Jim was left to sit in Rick's closet with the door wide open so that anyone who entered his friends room could see his transformed state.
"Gweat, he wubs telling the twuth." Jim rocked back slighly as he pondered his predicament.
