As Jon got off of his bed to check his family out, he immediately realized something was off. Looking down, Jon felt oddly like he was a bit shorter than normal. Then it hit him: from the waist up, Jon was normal. However, as Jon felt down below his midsection, he realized his crotch was flat, his butt was rounded, and his legs were shorter and smoother. Jon had his mother's body from the waist down, complete with a pair of her slacks and tennies shoes! A moment later, Jon realized something else; he also had his mother's hands! Unsure what to think, Jon left his room. On his way downstairs, he poked his head into Mikey and Zoe's rooms. Mikey was ordinarily playing with G. I. Joes or something like it this time of day, but his room was empty. When Jon got to Zoe's room, he was surprised to see Zoe's head on top of Mikey's body. Zoe turned when Jon opened the door, and he noticed that her fingernails were still her own, and, more noticably, a set of breasts protruded from the front of Mikey's Pokemon shirt. Zoe was about to say something to Jon, but at that moment their mother shouted Zoe's name from the kitchen. Jon headed downstairs ahead of his sister. Pausing in the living room, he noticed Mikey watching cartoons. "That's odd," Jon thought, "Mikey isn't allowed to watch cartoons this time of day." A quick investigation quickly showed why Mikey was watching toons: he had no arms! From the neck down, Mikey looked exactly like his sister and was even dressed in one of her goth outfits, but his torso simply went straight to his shoulders with no arms in between. On top of that, Jon's mother's hair now sat on top of Mikey's head. Now thoroughly intrigued, Jon finally went to the kitchen to check out his mother. What he saw shocked him. Linda Madison had Mikey's closely cropped hair. She was flat chested, and Jon saw his hands at the end of her arms. Below her arms, a second set of arms extended from her sides: Zoe's missing arms. Jon noticed that his brother's nibbled fingernails were on Zoe's hands. What really shocked Jon, however, was what was below the waist. Linda had Jon's body from the waist down, except for a vagina where Jon's penis ought to be. Jon knew this because Zoe and his mother both had their pants down and were facing each other. Jon saw that Zoe had his own penis protruding from Mikey's crotch. As Jon watched, Zoe and Linda both removed their genitals, handed them to each other, and put them on. Linda then said, "Thank you Zoe. I needed to go pretty bad, but I just didn't have time to sit down this time."
"You're welcome, Mom," Zoe casually replied. "It's so much nicer to pee standing up. That's why I borrowed Jon's equipment earlier."
