Jon would be lying if he didn't find this turn of events ... well, uncomfortable. Besides the fact that Susan McMillan was in her late thirties (in other words, twenty years older), she was also married. And that little fact became very important a few minutes later when Susan's husband came home.
As Susan rubbed her naked chest up against him, Jon clearly heard the front door downstairs open and close. A man announced that he was home and Jon didn't have to recognize the man's voice to know that it was Susan's husband.
"Where is everyone?" the man asked. He was closer this time, probably just outside in the hall. Jon wanted to just wish him away, but he left the stone at his house. What was he going to do?
