When they finally opened their eyes, Karyn looked down at herself in shock, seeing that she was in the wrong body!
"Jon! You must have made your wish wrong," she said, gasping at how masculine her voice sounded. She was used to hearing Jon's voice, but not when it came from her own mouth.
"All I did was wish that our minds replaced our alternate reality minds ... oh no," Jon said, realizing his mistake. "I didn't specify whose bodies our minds would inhabit. I just assumed ..."
"Assumed? Jon, you know how the stone works. If you don't make specific wishes ..."
"Okay, okay," Jon said. He looked down at his body, which was actually Karyn's body. "At least your body is back to normal," he said, cupping his right B-cup breast and running his other hand through his short reddish hair.
"Hey, get your hands off of there," Karyn demanded.
"Until we get back to normal, this is my body. What am I supposed to do? Not even look at it? Eventually, I'll have to take a shower or get redressed."
Karyn grimaced. It was weird for Jon to see his face contort like that. "Hopefully, we can sort all of this out before then," Karyn said. She looked around. "Where's the stone?"
