Jon's sister Zoe looked at the strange handwritten note in her hands before destroying it. She had no idea why she had read it out loud she just felt that she had to. It was the same feeling that made her destroy the note after reading it. She laughed inwardly when she thought of the note. I mean who in their right minds would want to swap with her.
The her she was thinking about was none other than Sarah McMillan, that cheerleader bitch from school. Sarah and Zoe hated each other and would never ever want to switch places with each other. It was just her luck that Sarah had the locker next to her own. She had asked the principal if she could move her locker but he would have none of it. "You will just have to learn to get on with each other" He had told her the last time she had asked.
Zoe turned round at the moment to Sarah standing at her locker wearing a very tight long black dress and long black gloves, peeking under her dress. She was in the exact outfit she had been wearing only two minutes ago, including her long high heel boots which Jon had helped her to put on that morning.
"Sarah why are you wearing that outfit" Zoe asked her. Zoe talking to Sarah without each of them insulting the other was rare enough.
Up till this moment Sarah had taken very little notice of Zoe, she just tried to ignore her as she did every morning.
"What do you mean" she asked in reply turning to face Zoe for the first time that morning and catching sight of what Zoe was wearing and before Zoe had a chance to say anything said "What the fuck are you doing wearing that uniform".
At that moment both girls looked down at what they where wearing themselves.
Zoe was standing there wearing the schools' cheerleading uniform the very outfit that Sarah should have been wearing as there was a pep rally that lunchtime and on those days the whole squad came to school in their uniforms.
As Sarah looked down to see she was wearing one of Zoe's black Gothic dresses as well as the gloves and boots. She could even feel the tightness of a corset under the dress. In unison the girls looked in the mirrors inside their lockers. Zoe found that she no-longer had her pale skin tone and make-up that she had seen in the mirror in her bathroom that morning. It was now looking very tanned and she now had a lot more bright coloured make-up on then usual. Her hair was still as long as it had been but was no-longer dyed black it was now blonde. In other words she looked like a typical cheerleader. Like Sarah used to was the thought that came to her mind.
Meanwhile Sarah 's mirror reflected back what she thought could only be a nightmare. Her beautiful blonde hair was gone and in its place was long black hair. Her tan that she had worked so hard on had disappeared to be replaced with a skin tone that wouldn't have looked out of place on a dead body she thought to herself. In short she looked like one of those Gothic freaks that she hated.
"How did you do this" she said as she turned back to Zoe. "I didn't do this do you really think I want my friends to see me dressed like you" She replied.
"ZOE". Someone was shouting her name she turned expecting it to be one of her friends. A second later she saw who was doing the shouting. It was Lindsey and Tiffany to members of the schools' cheerleading squad who like Zoe were wear the squads' uniform. She closed her locker and was about to explain to them why she was wear what she was when Lindsey said.
"Come on girl we better get a move on you know the coach doesn't want us to be late for the meeting she called" . "We can deal with that freak later" said Tiffany with a look of hate on her face directed at her former friend. With that they march Zoe towards the gym leaving a shell-shocked Sarah standing at her locker.
