"Hey, Trevor," a voice said from behind him. "Is this freak bothering you?"
Trevor turned around and saw two jocks: Danny Foster and Tom Welles. They were on the football team, just like Biff was ... in the other reality. Now, it seemed that Trevor had taken Biff's place. Ugh. He hated jocks.
"No, he's not bothering me," Trevor said. "Why don't you just leave us the fuck alone?"
The two jocks looked startled by Trevor's outburst. They were also confused. "Why are you hanging out with a freak like that?" Danny asked.
"He's not a freak," Trevor said.
"Looks like a freak to me," Tom said. "The weirdo thinks he's a vampire or something."
"Just go away!" Trevor yelled.
Tom and Danny exchanged worried looks, then they did as Trevor asked.
"Fucking jocks," Trevor muttered to himself.
"Hey, those are my friends you're talking about," Biff snapped. He thought the former Goth boy would throw another insult, but to Biff's surprise, he smiled instead. "Why are you smiling?"
"Those aren't your friends anymore. They don't remember you. They think you're a Goth," Trevor said.
"Yeah? Well, your friends probably don't remember you either," Biff said.
Trevor stopped, realizing that Biff was right. Apparently, that's how the wish worked. Everyone (except for Biff) thought that he was supposed to be a jock, and that included his friends. He was planning to go find Athena and tell her about the wish note, but if she didn't remember him being friends with her ...
He looked over at Biff. If Trevor couldn't get help from Athena, then perhaps Biff could. "Biff, I know you hate me, that you think I'm some kind of freak ..."
"Not now," Biff said, interrupting. Right now, Trevor looked like one of his friends, not freakish in the slightest.
Trevor glared at him, then continued. "But I need you to find one of my friends. Her name is Athena DeVries. She can help us figure out this wishing problem. I can help point her out to you, but she won't talk to you if someone like me is around. Tell her everything that happened, including what happened to me. Then come back and tell me what she said. Okay?"
Biff didn't like associating himself with the likes of Trevor Blake, but at the moment, he didn't see that he had any other choice. He wanted his old life back and that meant making some "sacrifices".
"Okay, fine. Just as long as it's quick. It's bad enough I look like one of those Goth freaks. I don't want to associate with them too."
Trevor glared at him again. Biff's attitude was really getting on his nerves. Even after becoming Goth, he still insulted Trevor's lifestyle and friends. But maybe Trevor wasn't any better, as he still felt ill-content towards the jocks and popular crowds, which he was now apparently a part of.
The former Goth boy sighed, then began to walk down the hall. "Come on," he said. "I think I might know where Athena is." And then Biff followed.
