"What happened to me? What did you do?" Randy demanded.
"Me? You think I had something to do with this?" Trevor asked.
"I'm dressed just like you. Why the fuck wouldn't I think that?" Randy asked, as his eyes went wide. Randy wasn't known for cussing. He was known for a lot of things (womanizing, bullying), but he never cussed that badly. He knew that Trevor had something to do with his ... transformation. But he didn't know how he did it.
"Mr. Goodman!" the teacher shouted. "I'll have none of that language in my class."
Suddenly, Randy did something that took him by surprise. He lifted up his hand and gave the teacher his middle finger. Then he said "Fuck you." His eyes went wide again. What was he doing? Why was he acting like this? Why was he acting like ... like ...
Realization came to him. He was acting just like Trevor Blake. Now he was sure more than ever that Trevor had something to do with this.
"Go to the office!!" the teacher shouted, pointing towards the door.
Trevor smiled.
"You think this is funny?" the teacher asked Trevor. "Then you can join him."
Trevor looked at Randy and saw him glaring at him.
"Get going!" the teacher yelled and the two Goth boys stood up and walked to the door. "And if I ever get any more trouble out of you two, expect to ..." the teacher began to say, but got cut off by the door being slammed shut.
Out in the hallway, Randy pushed Trevor up against the wall. "What the fuck did you do to me, you freak?" Then suddenly he let up a bit. When he looked at Trevor, he saw a friend. Friends didn't beat each other up and they certainly didn't call each other freaks.
Trevor saw the change in attitude in Randy's eyes. And soon, Randy had let go of Trevor all together. Just like that note said, Randy was now his best friend. And he was being forced to act like it, even though he was putting up a hell of a fight.
"What did you do to me?" Randy hissed, glaring at him.
