After having made a phone call to those two nice identical sisters that she had met at the mall, Bethany was given an address to go to. So she got in her car and drove to the location given to her, realizing that she had been there before, when she was helping the sisters find where her daughter had disappeared to. Walking up to the house, she then knocked on the door. A moment later, it opened, revealing the two very plain and boring-looking twin teenage girls - Sarah and Kara.
"Do you ..." one of them said, in a monotone voice.
"... have it?" the other one finished.
"Right here," Karyn's mother said with a smile. She opened her purse and took out the wishing stone.
