He just stared at Mikey. What was he talking about? "What's your name, dad?" What a stupid question.
"My name is Megan, of course." Megan? His name was... Megan. What was his name? "What did you do to me, Mikey? I can't be a grown man named Megan!" Mikey laughed at him. "No, but you can be an eight-year-old girl named Megan. You don't look like a man to me. Is a man shorter than his nine-year-old son and wearing a green dress?"
Megan looked down at his feet, blushing. "No... I guess not. Did you do this to me, Mikey?" He looked up at Mikey, attempting to glare but probably just looking even cuter than he already was. "Do what?"
"You know what! I'm your father, and you know I don't look like this. Did you make me look like this?" Mikey shook his head. "You've always looked like a Megan for as long as I can remember."
"Change me back, Mikey. I wanna be me again." Megan narrowed his eyes, stomping at the ground. Mikey laughed, and whispered something, then spoke aloud. "I didn't do anything, Megan. And you are you."
Megan nodded. Who was she supposed to be but herself? "Sorry, Mikey. I don't know why I was yelling at you before. Do you know when I'm going back to my mom and dad's? It's fun staying with you and Auntie Linda and your family, but I wanna go home."
