While Mikey was waiting in the classroom, Benny was getting a stern talking to by Miss Grant.
"I don't know what kind of sick game you're playing Benny, but it's going to stop right now. Pull another stunt like this and you'll be suspended. Do I make myself clear?"
Benny nodded. Then his eyes fell away from Miss Grant and towards the floor, to where the stone sat.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" the teacher yelled.
His eyes shot back up, as his face filled with fear. If his parents ever learned about this, he'd be grounded for a month!
Miss Grant looked down at where Benny had been looking and noticed a stone sitting on the floor. She picked it up and looked at it. "Is this yours?" she asked.
"Uh ... yeah," he lied.
At that moment, Mikey walked back into the restroom.
