Enraged, she doubled her pace toward home. By the time she got there not she could lay claim to not one piece of her clothing. Her socks had vanished, leaving her feet bare in the pink pumps. Her long flowing skirt had been replaced in a breathtaking (literally), into the tightest pair of jeans she could imagine. The hems came down pretty far, covering the tops of her shoes and flaring out a bit. She shivered as she saw the rhinestone heart on her back pocket. While she was happy to at least be covered, she realized the jeans were so tight that they showed everything anyway.
She wondered how she would ever get them off.
Her big clunky bag with the cracked skull on the side was replace suddenly with a cute (ugh) pink purse that matched her shoes (double ugh). Inside she found her driver's license (with a cute preppy picture of her on it), a pink cell phone, and make-up. Lots of make-up.
"What the fuck!" she vented as she stomped (well, as much stomping as she could do in these shoes), into the house.
Jon and Karyn had, of course, wished themselves a day off of school. They were sitting on the couch when Zoe walked back into the house. A peal of laughter was how they greeted her.
"Yeah yeah, laugh it up, assholes," Zoe shot at them, never for a minute suspecting them. The wish had taken care of that.
As his little sister sashayed her way up the stair and into her room, Jon looked at Karyn with a twinkle in his eye.
"What do you say we up the stakes a little?"
"And just what do you have in mind, Mister Madison?" Karyn giggled.
"Listen closely... I wish..."
