In the costume shop, Karyn was looking at prosthetic ears and thinking of how cool it would be to get Jon dressed up as an elf for the party. Jon, being rather scrawny for his age, would be able to pull off the Legolas look amazingly well, and he'd be really cute.
Unfortunately, she couldn't seem to pull him away from the Star Wars isle.
"Should I be Vader, or a Stormtrooper? Maybe a Jedi?" Jon asked Karyn.
"Why don't you dress up as an elf?" Karyn asked.
"Lord of the Rings is so 2004, Karyn. Geez!"
"Oh," Karyn retorted. "And Star Wars isn't outdated by a few years now?"
"That's different," Jon sullenly replied.
Karyn wanted to match Jon at the party, but didn't mention it to Jon because she wasn't so keen on a gold bikini and cheese danish hairstyle. She settled on a French Maid when Jon decided on a Stormtrooper costume.
