"I wish that Jon was being punished by his mother for having an extensive porn collection by being forced to become pregnant. In order to learn more respect for women, he would have his penis replaced by a woman's reproductive system. Everything else would remain male. He would then be impregnated and be required to give birth to and raise the child. Even after giving birth, he would retain his female genitals and have an insatiable desire to have sex with other men and get pregnant by them.
