I don't know what specific post this is about but here's my two cents on THIS subject.
While my understanding is that fictional writing about, ahem, THAT STUFF is technically legal, (ASSTR has horrific unspeakable things, but it has been online for a billion years), I feel this is bad news. It is probably not the sort of thing that should be on this site.
FICTION branches should involve fiction and fantasy, as in exploring things that could never happen in real life. Individuals can then decide if they like or dislike the theoretical "reality" the writer presents. Underage stuff happens in real life, and it is always BAD. There's really no need to explore anything about it.
Even when presenting a story where a whole town or a whole world has been altered, please try to keep the focus on the adults. We don't need to be added to any government watch lists.
The only way to control this sort of thing is to have a set of rules and have mods deleting posts and users that break them.
