Jon just stood under the shower for a few minutes, relishing the warmth the water provided. He felt a little strange though. His bones everywhere ached slightly, even the bones under the skin on his face. Also, he was weirdly sensitive. Mainly on his genitals and his nipples.
So, as he scrubbed soap into his skin he took special care in those areas to avoid pain. Finished with the lathering, he rinsed off and started on his hair. He could have sworn it felt a little longer and thicker than the shower he had taken just that morning but as with his other observations, he ignored it. It was probably some weird after-effects on his mind from the bizarre day. Or even the strange penetrating cold that had appeared during late spring, ushering in record late snow. A cold that he was now free of.
He just had to towel off and go to his room. He had some homework he needed to work on...
