(Tweaked the other option to give us a different side to explore.)
Jon excused himself from the weirdness at the table, grabbed his things, and went out to meet Karyn.
When he saw her though, he nearly didn't recognize her. Much to Jon's surprise, Karyn had fallen on the Girly-Girl side of the wish, having changed from a pair of jeans and a hoodie to a ruffled skirt, heels and belly top, among other alterations. From what Jon could tell, her hair and makeup were done to perfection too. For the most part, she looked like someone had taken one of Sarah McMillan's girlier looks and just changed the colours to be more in line with what Karyn would normally wear, even if there were more pastel tones than normal.
"Hi Jon!" she said with a smile. She threw her arm around her waist and pulled him into a side hug, giving him a peck on the cheek before they started walking again. This was new, and certainly welcome in Jon's opinion. "So, are there any other wishes I should know about, or are we waiting till later for that?" She asked, the smile not leaving her face.
Jon chuckled. "There was one, it's a small experiment. Before you ask, I've been careful and made sure that it's reversible. I'll tell you what it was after I change things back at the end of the day."
"Really? Even if I tickle it out of you?" She proceeded to act on her threat, though in a very playful way. "Or maybe a kiss would work?"
Jon gently stepped away from her. "Don't worry, I promise I'll tell you. If I told you now you'd just be confused because you didn't hear the wish. As I said, it's an experiment, I want to see how one general wish can affect things."
Karyn relented. "Okay Jon, I'll play along for now. But you better keep your promise. Plus I want to do my own experiment wish tomorrow, one that can be reversed of course." She amended, seeing the look of concern on his face.
"Deal. We'll meet at my place tonight, I'll undo the wish and we can talk about the changes."
Karyn smiled, put her arm back around Jon, and continued walking. "Sounds good, but we better hurry if we don't want to be late."
