Jon finished putting the groceries away and then headed back upstairs with Karyn. On the way to his bedroom he knocked on his sister's door.
There was loud music coming from inside her room as usual and Jon had to knock a second time only louder before she finally answered.
"What!?" Zoe asked annoyed that she had been disturbed.
"Dad wants to talk to you." Jon said.
"Can't it wait?" Zoe asked. "I'm in the middle of something." She glanced back towards her room.
Jon shook his head. "Nope. It sounded pretty important."
Zoe groaned. "Fine. I'll be down in a sec." She closed the door and Jon heard muffled footsteps through the door. He wondered what she was doing.
Moments later Zoe exited her room and then went downstairs.
Satisfied Jon went in to his room where he found Karyn watching TV.
