Problem one: in practice, even if we assume writing such a thing isn't immoral (I think it is, but okay), it may well be illegal. Two, it screws the rep of the website. Three, it drives people away. Four, it destroys the image of a decent TF community. Five, it may cause the owners of the site problems. And so on.
