Unfortunately, Jon hadn't noticed something. He had made a wish that was several sentences long. His grandfather had made a vague statement about not changing the wish when the breath was over, but Jon never had figured out exactly what it meant.... Jon never figured out that if he ends a sentence in an obvious way, anything after that isn't part of the wish.
Which meant that the only part of the wish that worked was that Karyn was twins.
But twins often do have different tastes and interests anyway, and twins are usually close, and of course Jon would probably have told them about the stone... so most of the wish would have come true anyway. Most.
Jon was happy when Karyn came to visit him later that evening; he opened the door to see two big-breasted blondes. "Hi," he said, "which one are you?"
"Oh, come on," said the blonde with short hair. "You know us by now. I'm Sharon and she's Karyn. Can we come in?"
"Sure, sure," said Jon, grinning at the thought of incest between the twins.
Sharon seemed a little more tomboyish, if that was even possible in modern times when girls could do anything boys could. She understood Jon's computer more than Karyn did. She also seemed to have seen a recent movie that the original single Karyn had, but the new Karyn had never gotten a chance to go to.
"So how's life together with you two?" asked Jon.
Karyn frowned slightly. "What? Same as always." She seemed confused. Maybe Jon didn't usually use that expression in quite that way.
"Wait a minute," said Sharon. "Are you leering?"
"Uh, no, no!" said Jon. "I just figured that maybe, when you're intimate together...."
"Right," said Karyn. "we were up all last night talking about Sharon's trip since she just got home from visiting our family in the mountains."
"I didn't mean that!" replied Jon.
"Huh?" said Sharon.
"I meant you two in bed together.... I was just thinking of it." Jon thought it was safe to say that, since he thought the wish had worked the way he meant it. But how would his friend--now his two friends--react when they found out that he was not only fantasizing about incest between them, but had tried to use magic on them to make it come true?
