It was past lunchtime when Jon dropped the stone, and he was in a panic, looking all over the place. He was almost late to his class when he ran into Jen.
"I dropped it!" exclaimed Jon.
"Really?" replied Jen. "Come on, I'll help you look for it." She and Jon scoured the school, but they had no luck until Jen looked inside the girl's bathroom... where there the stone sat, an inch inside the door.
"I found it!" exclaimed Jen, holding up the stone to Jon.
"Where did you find it?"
"Oh, in the girl's bathroom. Someone may have kicked it inside."
"Are you sure? What if someone found it and made a wish on it, then dropped it in there?"
"Hmm," replied Jen. She said "There's one way to find out. I wish I knew what wishes were made on this stone in the last day."
"Wait!" yelled Jon. "Wish for the last hour..." But he knew that it was too late. He couldn't say that until after he heard the wish, after all.
"Nobody made a wish after you lost it," said Jen. "But never mind that." Then she grimaced and slapped Jon. Shocked, Jon muttered something about being as good friends with Jen as he was with Karyn.
"Oh really?" said Jen. "How do you think Karyn would act in this situation? Exactly the same way!"
"Uhh, what?" replied Jon, trying to bluff his way through. "Exactly what are you accusing me of?"
"Don't get funny with me, Jon," said Jen. "I know what's going on. You made a wish last night. I don't really exist. And you used a wish to make me have sex with you. Were you just planning to wish me away when it was all over?
"What? Jen, come on. I didn't make you do anything, that's how you were created... And I wasn't going to wish you away, we'd stay friends."
"You can't just fool around with people's lives like this, Jon. You created me just to have an affair with." Of course, Jon had wished nobody would think the incest was strange, but Jen could think the situation was strange for other reasons than being incest. "What am I to you, just a blow-up doll whose mind gets wiped once you make the reversal wish? I love you, but this is wrong...."
