Jon ran down the stairs to get his shoes on. He slipped on his four inch high heels and walked slowly out the door. He wished he didn't have to wear them, but his feet hurt if he wore anything else.
He walked slowly down the street, cursing his bad luck. "What a stupid day to wear such a short skirt." He thought to himself. It certainly wasn't helping him get to Karyn's any quicker.
