A hand snatched the stone from his open hand. "A wish that can change the world, huh?" Jon knew that voice. He looked up and saw his 10-year old brother Mikey.
He overheard Jon from inside the house, talking about making wishes to change the world. Mikey was at an age where he still believed in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, so the idea of a magic stone that grants wishes wasn't totally unbelievable. Mikey knew exactly what to wish for and couldn't wait to use the stone, so he just grabbed it from Jon.
Holding the stone, Mikey made a wish that would change the world. "I wish ..."
