"Now give me that back!" said Jon, or whatever her new name was. "I have to reverse it."
"Don't be silly," said Zoe. "The way I worded that I can reverse the wish by making it again, you can't. I wish that every living person in the world was born the opposite gender and that I can undo this wish by making it again."
The same effect happened, changing everything, a wall of light expanding out from the same spot. Things seemed back to normal. Of course Zoe still did have the stone.
"I want to try this again the way I meant it," said Zoe. "Now let me do this." She didn't, of course, wait for Jon to "let" her. "I wish that every living person in the world who has not had children was born the opposite gender, and that I can undo this wish."
The same wall of light appeared. When Jon and Zoe could see again, Zoe was a male Goth. Jon was a cute girl, but wasn't a cheerleader. "There we go," said Zoe. "It means we don't get to see a woman president, and we didn't change our parents, but it should still get most of the people we know."
"Give me my stone back!"
"I wish that after any wish I'll still remember the old reality, and I wish no wish can affect me against my will." Then Zoe, or whatever his name was now tossed the stone to the girl who was Jon. "Here. Have fun with it."
