Jon normally would have been totally enraptured with the sight of a dozen, scantily clad, impossibly hot girls bouncing around in the sand, but for some reason had no trouble scanning the crowd for the person responsible. He chalked it up to his own girly distractions - for one thing having to remember to keep his legs closed, lest someone in the rows below get a great view of his panties.
Karyn, for her part, was really getting into the game. She gave a loud cheer when one of Lake Point's players nailed a spike over the net.
"Woo! Get it Christaaa!"
"Karyn!" Jon said in a hushed tone, jabbing his friend with an elbow, "We're supposed to be scanning the crowd, remember!"
"Oh, right. It's just an exciting game! And we might finally beat our rivals!" She noticed Jon's scowl and shrugged, turning her attention back to the crowd. Everything looked like it always had, though.
Jon scanned the groups of families. If there was one guy changing everyone, that's where he'd blend in the most. His eyes slowly moved along the home side bleachers. Families of three, four, five. Some couples, some individuals. His eyes stopped for a moment on one teenager, seated in front of what looked like a family of three - Mom, Dad, and a teenage son. His eyes kept moving, then started to scan back across the rows.
Wait a minute. His gaze stopped where it had before. The lone teenager was still there, but the family of three wasn't. Instead, it was three identical girls, wearing matching lingerie. Each one of them reached up and began massaging the guy's shoulders.
"Karyn! Over there. See those girls in the lingerie??"
"Oh yeah, the Berg Triplets! Everyone knows about them. They graduated Lake View last year but I think their little sister still goes there."
"Um. They weren't triplets ten seconds ago. It was a mom, dad, and their son!"
"Woah. Really? I only remember the triplets. They're always together. And always matching."
"And always in lingerie?"
"Usually. If anyone can get away with it, it's the Berg girls! Who's the hottie they're all over?"
"I think that's our guy! He was sitting there before they changed!" As Jon was saying that, he noticed a strange shifting beside that small group. A family of four that had been near the triplets was now a group of four girls wearing Lake View's cheerleading uniforms. They stood up and walked down the stands, joining the rest of the squad courtside.
"Karyn, he's changing people in the crowd! We've got to get over there and do something!"
