When Jane entered the house, she saw Jon and Zoe in the living room. She was shocked to see that they had both changed.
Zoe had become less Goth, still dressed in a leather miniskirt and boots, but wearing a black T-shirt instead of a corset, and only having a couple piercings in each ear and one nose ring, but none of the other piercings or tattoos she had before. All of her black make-up was gone and she no longer wore a spiked collar.
And Jon had become more Goth. He now wore black leather pants, a fishnet shirt, and boots. He had a couple piercings in each ear and one lip ring. And his brown hair was dyed black, but his hairstyle was the same as he had before.
Apparently, the stone didn't just make them get along with each other. It changed their lives so that they had more in common with each other, so then they would get along with each other.
