Biff smiled and gently rubbed Jons shoulders.
"you know honey, I hope you'reok with everything, after all this was... well, really spur of the moment and... and... I... I forgot to use protection."
"You don't have any STD's or anything?" Jon said nervously, pulling away a bit.
"of course not, when we started dating we both got tested remember, and your the only lover for me. I was worried that maybe I got you pregnant."
Pregnant?!? Jon thought suprised, their was definately something stranger going on in this new reality then just Biff, or everyone else for that matter, being gay.
"Biff, I really have to head down to the libraryand do some studying for school, I bope you don't mind."
Biff pouted a bit. "but honey, I washoping we could cuddle more before I have to head to football practice." A sad look crossed his face.
Jon so felt like leaving, but saw how sad Biff looked. "alright honey, how about we meet up right after practice" Jon said.
Biff's face lit up with joy. Meanwhile Jon wondered why he was going along with this, and did he really have feelings for biff.
Jon headed to the library and went to the science and medicine area of the reference section. their he idly flipped through a book on human reproduction and what he saw their shocked him.
Apparently men can get men pregnant through anal or oral sex as could women get women pregnant through the oral or rubbing their vaginas together. Apparently gametes can fuse with gametes of the same type to form a zygote and were rugged enough to survive passage through the digestive system. To make it stranger women produce two kinds of ggs, the normal kind, and a motile kind that seeks out the normal kind, For men the sperm only attach to the womb after two meet and forma zygote. No one can impregnante their own body as gametes from the same person never fuse. And men have a secondary passage within them only crossable by gametes (or the baby during birth) which leads to their womb. He also noticed the book called relationships between men and women rare and deviant, the book further went on to say that the offspring of two men is always male and the offspring of two women is always female. when a pregnancy occurs beween a man and a woman as rare as it is, it usually results in a hermaphrodite whose body is an even mix of both parts. A hermaphrodite can later recross with men or women and the offspring will be a hermaphrodite with a stronger resemblence to the gender of it's full gendered parents. Within a few generations of crossing back to the main stream the herm can eventually have a male or female offspring as the herm influence gets bred out, but this uaually takes several generations of the herms family line breeding with with one gender. Hermaphrodites who breed with hermaphrodites produce hermaphrodites. But according to this book hermaphroduites are rare as heterosexuality in this reality seems as uncommon and is viewed as badly as homosexuality is in his reality. the term herm seems to reflect even mixed generations with the genitals of only one gender as long as it is a mix of two. Thus a man with breasts because his father and grandfather was a hermis still considered a herm. and yes, if each herm generation breeds alternately with men or women (or other herms) the family can produce herms indefinately. It also seems that herm mental traits can be either mixed, masculine, or feminine. their is no fixed rule on if the traits stay or get bred out. some act mixed, others do not, and sometimes masculine or feminine behavior persists in a herm line long after breeding witha single gender happens for enough generations to reach a single sexed state. Thus a herm family may eventually lead to feminine acting male offspring after enough generations of crossing with men, assuming the behavior doesn't change.
Jon thought on this. men brreding with men produce men. women breeding with women product women. women with men produce herms. herms with women produce herms that get mopre feminine for each generation of breeding with a women until 3 or 4 pass and the offsrping are all women. herms with men produce offspring that get more and more masculine for each generation of breeding with men until 3 or 4 pass andf the offspring is all male. That means his father has a boyfriend and he has no mom or sister in this reality (which made him wonder who Zoe was making love to). It also madde him wonder how many hermaphrodites were in his school or town.
