Zoe appeared in her room, having sex with Karen, while Jon appeared in his room having sex with Sarah.
Sarah didn't want to be part of the wish and especially didn't want to have sex with Jon. But since it was a wish, she didn't have any choice. She did still have the stone though and could wish herself out of there. Realizing she could end up in worse situation if she didn't word the wish carefully, she decided to keep it simple.
While she was thinking all this Jon had been caressing, kissing and sucking all over her body, which, despite her hatred of Jon, was causing her to get turned on and making it hard to think straight. Sarah wanted this to stop before she started enjoying it more than she hated Jon.
Meanwhile Jon was caught up in the moment and the feelings in his body and he grabbed Sarah's hands and pinned them to the bed as he moved himself into position to enter her. His hand was touching to stone in Sarah's hand as he said "I wish..."
