Jon decided to slip in his favorite Television show of all time, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. And as he was about to slip the head set on his door opened and Karyn walked in.
"Hey Jon-boy, what-cha doin?" she said as she flopped down next to him on the couch.
"Uh, hey Karyn... I was... um..." Jon wasn't sure what to say, and naturally decided to lie. "I wished up this cool new device to watch some TV, you won't like it..."
"What?" Karyn said as her eyes went wide. "Are you kidding me? That is soooo cool!" She then grabbed one of the helmets and slipped it on. "Fire this bad-boy up!"
Jon exhaled in a sigh of disappointment as he had wanted to experience this all for himself, but slipped his helmet on and hit the power switch. He felt a slight tug at the back of his head, and then a loud and deep pulsh washed over him. He felt dizzy for a moment and then all he heard was... nothing.
Jon opened his eyes to find himself in what looked like a park, and it was night time. He felt a smile spread across his face, because it had worked, he was part of his favorite show. He wondered a moment which character he was as he heard a rustling behind him and turned.
"Bloody 'Ell!" said a pale man in a long leather trenchcoat. He had slicked back, bleached blond hair. It was Jon's favorite character Spike. Jon felt dissapointed as he had wanted to be Spike.
"Well, this is rott'n odd." Spike said as he looked over himself and then at Jon. Jon was wondering where Karyn had gone, and who he was as he heard Spike say. "Buffy?"
