Jon looked in his mirror and saw that he had been considerably reduced in height and the top of his head looked like the top of a toadstool. In addition, his clothes looked particularly Arabian.
"Cool. The world is just like the Mushroom Kingdom from the Super Mario series. I must be one of the Mushroom People, like Toad." He looked out his window and saw that all the houses in his neighborhood looked like mushroom houses, just like the ones in the game series. In the distance, he could see a fortress, with flags displaying the iconic mushroom that was also from the game series.
"I wonder if Princess Peach exists in this world," he said to himself. "Or Mario and Luigi."
As he pondered that, though, he felt what seemed like a mighty earthquake. It shook everything around him.
"What was that?" he asked, still looking out the window.
