Jon woke early the next morning to a loud rapping on his door. Then he heard the shrill voice of his sister.
"Jon! You awake?"
"Huh, what?" Groggily, Jon slowly pushed himself up in his bed. Light was just barely breaking outside.
Zoe stepped in, fully dressed and switched on the light.
"Come on, Jon, what the hell. Did you even set your alarm?"
"It's not even 7, Zoe." Jon said, shielding his eyes.
"Yeah we're up at 6:30 every morning. You know the drill."
"What's going on --"
Zoe sighed from exasperation.
"You seriously need my help? Fine."
She picked up a shirt and pair of jeans from a chair, and began forcefully dressing him.
"Zoe what the fuck, I can do it myself. And I seriously don't --"
"Jon, you know what happens if we're late. Maybe you're cool with that but I'm not."
She pulled the shirt over his head as Jon slipped on a pair of shoes, then yanked him to his feet.
"Come on, loser," she said dragging him out the door. Jon followed along, still trying to figure out what was happening.
