Anyway, stick around! I have "chapter three" written already, the long bridge has been chapter two. I actually wrote chapter three before I finished one. In chapter three the character is a college man in the dating scene, but he's trying to settle down with the right girl. I found it to be the most "fertile" storytelling ground, which is why I wrote it first.
He dates both a woman with male internal genitalia who's really into sex, as well as a woman who is wonderful and friendly, but has all the male "secondary" sex characteristics. (Manly voice, body hair, etc).
As I try to bridge my way to chapter three, I have been debating with each episode about what kinds of stuff to write. I switch back and forth a lot, but yeah, I guess I do settle for the crowd pleasing standard fair too often. I will try to correct that. Feedback like this is very helpful. My secret is that I too would rather dwell on a husband dealing with the loss of his wife's femininity.
Believe it or don't, but I have a half finished cruddy novel written a couple years ago about this called, "Dealing With IT". The 'book' centered around a man whose wife grows male genitalia, but still wants to have children. She begins sexual relations with another woman to have the child, but wants to still be intimate with her husband. He is repulsed by the idea of being sexual with her new member, but if he isn't he risks losing her completely as soon as she gets her desired child from this other woman.
This will remain on the overly encrypted pen drive along with the private reserve, but I would be more than happy to put a similar storyline in I5!
