"I know something is up, Gary...but there is no need to act rude and disrespectful to me," she insisted. "Now, if you are still sick, you should get back into bed. If you are well enough to argue with me though, you can help me get ready for dinner."

"But..."

Lorraine made a 'zip your lip' motion.

Gary sighed. He had no idea what was going on. It seemed that whatever was happing to Linda was happening to him. He seemed to be turning into a teenage girl and his wife didn't notice anything.

"Fine Lorraine. I'll help you" he said.

"What did you call me?" Lorraine asked.

"Lorraine?" Gary replied shrugging his shoulders. "That is your name isn't it?" He asked wondering if the same thing was happening to his wife.

Lorraine nodded. "Yes that is my name." She said folding her arms across her chest. "But you don't normally call your mother by her first name". With that she turned and walked off to the kitchen.

Gary stood there with his mouth agape. So Lorraine was now his mother? How did that work he wondered. Gary had been briefly relieved when he found that Lorraine was still the same but that had been quickly washed away by the fact she was now his mother.

Again Gary sighed. "I have to figure out what is going on." He thought to himself as he followed Lorraine to the kitchen
