Mikey awoke the next morning to the sound of his phone going off. As he rolled over he felt Biff's arm draping over him. Moving gently so as not to disturb him, Mikey picked up his phone. It was Melissa.
"Hi Melissa" Mikey answered quietly. Biff was still snoring beside him.
"Mikey! We need your help!" Melissa replied. She sounded panicky.
"What is it?" Mikey asked concerned for his friend.
"Sarah quit the squad! Just this morning. She didn't turn up for rehearsals and when I rang her she said she quit!" Melissa cried.
"We need you to come and fill in. Do you think you can make it in time?"
"Me!?" Mikey replied in surprise. "But I've never been a cheerleader before"
"Oh don't worry babes. You'll be a natural. I just know it!" Melissa said reassuringly and with that she hung up.
Mikey sighed as he put the phone down and looked at Biff. How was he going to pull this off?
