Jon looked at Tim and then Karyn. They were both standing up looking ready to fight, over him! Jon shook his head causing his hair to fall in front of his eyes he brushed it behind his ear. "Guys stop!" He yelled causing the two "boys" and nearly everyone in the restaurant to turn and look at him.
Tim and Karyn looked at Jon and then around realising that they were causing a scene. Tim sat back down and Karyn pulled up a chair much to Tim's disappointment.
"Jon" Karyn said. "I love you. I didn't ask you out because you're too good a friend and I didn't want to ruin our relationship. But when Tim asked you out it made me realise that I might lose you anyway."
Jon at that moment realised that he loved Karyn as well.
"Oh Karyn!" He said placing a hand on his heart and then pulling her into a hug which turned into a kiss.
