"You know how much I love Jon. Yes I'm serious". Tim looked at her and then sighed. "Fine, let's ask him". They returned to the cafeteria.
"Hey Jon?" Tim asked as they both sat down. Jon looked at them. "We have something to ask you"
"Oh?" Jon replied a bit confused.
"Listen," Karyn started. "Tim and I had a little chat. We both really like you but we don't want to ruin our friendship by asking you out." Tim nodded in agreement. "But", Karyn continued. " seeing as Tim did ask. We'd thought we'd let you decide who you want to go out with".
"Oh" Jon said realising the situation. "Let me think about this". He said getting up. The two friends nodded and let him leave.
