Jon grabbed some things from the wardrobe and handed some to Sarah before dressing himself. It wasn't until they'd dressed that they realised what they were wearing. Sarah sported plain black trousers and a shirt with sensible shoes, while Jon wore a low cut tube top that bared his midriff and a miniskirt that was so short it was little more that a belt finished off with four inch heels.
They stared at each other, but neither could find the will to change. With a sigh, Jon turned to the vanity table and opened the jewellery box, slipping on some rings, bracelets and a necklace. Sarah blushed and scurried into the bathroom to 'relieve' herself while Jon started to apply nail polish.
"Okay, this is getting creepier and creepier," said Jon, screwing the lid back on the bottle of polish.
"At least you didn't try the rest of the makeup," nodded Sarah.
"Let's just get going, " sighed Jon, "Before we're compelled to do anything else."
They hurried out to the convertible parked outside and got it. They'd been driving for a few minutes when Sarah said "Don't panic Jon, but I, um, I've never learnt how to drive."
Jon stared at her and said "try not to think about that - this is the first time these instincts are working in our favour." Sarah nodded and continued to drive. After a few more minutes, Jon paled and said "I've just had a horrifying thought. I have a ten year old brother and you have a sister that age; what if they've been swapped too and they got swapped onto prostitutes or something?"
"Crap that is horrifying," replied Sarah, also paling, "Let's just hope they didn't get swapped, or if they did it was with other kids their age."
They continued to drive in silence for a few more minutes before Sarah pulled the car to a stop. Jon sighed, relieved to be at his destination.
