There was a loud crack as his bone started to reform. Two wings sprouted from his back growing white feathers and his face reformed to be beautiful. His skin became smooth and his overall build went from scrawny to lithe.
Within seconds it was over and he knelt there on the kitchen floor panting with exhaustion and his family staring at him in stunned silence.
"Cool," grinned his brother Mikey. His mother just fainted.
