...Pet life!" beamed the principal. A second later he frowned, "Umm, what?" He rifled through the papers and said "Umm, the five of you will become pets in a revolutionary social experiment to teach you respect for animals...umm..doesn't say how, but I guess you'll be told that at the preparation seminar." He shrugged and looked at them sheepishly, "Sorry, that's all I have here, but if you go through with this the school will get a special grant allowing us to renovate the school, and each of you will get a say on how we spend a portion of it. Oh, and apparently you'll each get paid as compensation."
"How much?" asked Trevor sceptically.
"Ten grand," smiled the principal. The five of them glanced at each other, tempted by the offer. Before any of them could say anything either way, two men in black suits entered.
"Ah," smiled the principal, "Please go with these gentlemen. I'm sure they'll fill you in on the details."
