The five of them followed the men to a people carrier and climbed in grumbling. The men drove them out of town and into the countryside, which the five of them agreed was reasonable if they were going to work on a farm. All way Sarah moaned about chipping a nail and ruining her make-up while. Trevor baulked at the idea of getting a tan. Eventually they arrived at the farm and were surprised to find that it was already evening; none of them could remember the trip being that long.
Shrugging they got out of the car and were lead up the drive to the barn where they were ushered inside. Sarah turned her nose up at the smell but remained quiet. They looked around and saw that the barn had five stalls, each for a different animal; one for a pig, one for a cow, one for a horse, one for a chicken and one for a sheepdog. They stared at each other in confusion; none of them knew much about farms, but they were all sure this wasn't how they normally were.
"Freaky," commented Biff.
"Yeah," nodded Jon, "What are we supposed to do?"
Karyn opened her mouth to answer, but all five of their stomachs growled in unison.
"Man I'm staring," grimaced Trevor.
They looked around and noticed each pen had food suitable for its inhabitant - hey for the cow and horse, swill for the pig, grain for the chicken and a bowl of kibble for the dog. They each stared at a different animal feed and licked their lips. Fidgeting they glanced at each other and then each headed into a different pen.
