Right as Jon said his wish, Karyn let out a moan. She fell on Jon's bed and her back arched. Her flat chest began to rise until her breasts inflated to large mounds, even bigger than after her wish the day before. She had to release her bra to release the extreme pressure.
As she sat up, her breasts jiggled all over the place from the weight of the milk. Jon couldn't keep his eyes off of them; not because they were breasts, like any healthy guy would do, but because of what they had inside.
Karyn shot him a glare as she took the jar away from Jon. "I can't believe you, Jon. Don't you dare look."
Jon wanted to feel guilty for his wish, but he wanted the milk more. However, he did turn away as Karyn lifted her shirt. He could hear the gentle stream of liquid fall into the jar, increasing his desire even more. He was pretty sure it wasn't this easy to pump the milk out in the original reality.
"Here," Karyn said as she finished; she was once again flat, but had a full large jar of milk. "I hope you're happy."
"Thank you, thank you," Jon said. With both hands, he grabbed the jar, which was warm to the touch. It almost turned him on; probably would have if his manhood wasn't shrinking due to the milk. Instead, he could feel his growing breasts tighten. He drank the heavenly liquid. He thought life was complete, even as the pain increased as it reached his stomach.
"I wish . . ." he heard Karyn say. He looked up and saw Karyn holding the rock. He must have dropped it in excitement of getting the milk.
