Jon shut his locker, then headed to the library to find Karyn. Once he got there, he spotted her by the reference section.
"Karyn, I know what my wish did," he said.
"Really? What did it do?" she asked.
"It changed Nadine Ferguson. Now she's some kind of a slutty body-builder."
Karyn looked at him oddly. "What do you mean by 'now'? Nadine's always been that way."
"Huh?" But then it occurred to him that since only he heard his wish, Karyn wouldn't notice anything different. Unless, he used the stone to make her aware of the changes.
Then, suddenly, it happened again. Someone in the library made an insult to someone else and then had their insult turned against them.
But who was it that made the insult and who were they insulting?
