The young scientist, a 23-year old named Steven McCall, lifted up his first successfully-created device ... the Bimbo Maker 3.0 (he had already tried two previous times to make this device, but failed both times).
The device was very ingenious in design. It didn't just make women dumber, the device actually absorbed all of their intelligent knowledge into itself and remained there, like information stored on a hard drive. But instead of it being in their brain, it was in the device, and it could be accessed as a combination of pictures and words, if anyone wanted to see them. The device could also place the stored intelligent knowledge into the brain of someone else too, but Steven had no intention (at the moment) to do something like that. He only intended on draining women's intelligence.
Another special feature, that Steven was quite proud of, was that after the "brain drain", the woman's body would become a little younger and definitely bustier, and their hair would become blonder as well. He couldn't get the device to make every woman into the stereotypical blond bimbo, but this was close enough, he thought. He figured that he could just refine the device more with the next upgrade (the Bimbo Maker 4.0). But right now, he had a successfully-created device and he wasn't going to complain that he couldn't have something better, especially after all of those failed inventions before.
He smiled, knowing exactly who to try this on first.
