Unbeknownst to Jon, he had a new disease: Girl Flu. It didn't affect actual girls beyond giving them severe menstural cramps, it affected boys quite different. It gradually changed their Y chromasomes into X chromasomes, turning them into females. The new females would be fully functional, able to get pregnant, give birth and nurse babies like a normal woman. As a side effect of this disease, the transformees would become boy crazy, feeling a compulsive need to be in a relationship.
Jon's body changed as he slept. His penis withdrew into his body and was replaced by a vagina and uterus. Breasts began to develop. He had vivid dreams he was making love to other men.
The next morning, Jon felt well again. In fact, he felt great! At least, until he looked in the mirror.
