Jon began helping his brother "You're Mikey my brother, you ..." when he remembered how Mikey actually was. Stealing Jon's stuff, and most of time being an spoiled brat, causing much headache for his parents. But but in Jon's opinion, the most annoying thing about Mikey was how he always pestered Jon whenever he could.
But he had already began, and couldn't override it now "Well you're Mikey my brother... Let me see... Even though you're a boy, you looks like a cute girl!" Jon said bursting in laugh, he had the stone anyway, so after having his fun he could find a way to revert things how they used to be, if the new Mikey isn't better than old one of course.
And so Jon continued helping Mikey to 'recover' his lost memory. "You consider your looks very important, so you take much of care of it. Because of that you always try to have the most cute hairstyles, yet you try to keep your hair always past your shoulders in length. You're also expert applying make up, and even help other people when they ask for your skills in applying it. You like wearing very girly clothes, and other cute stuff. Many boys at your school fall in love with you, and also some the girls. But you refuse everyone because for you, I am the only love you want, and you do love me more than anyone!" it wasn't like Jon wanted to rape his brother or anything. He just wanted Mikey doing anything to earn the 'love' of his older brother.
"You have many skills, being considered almost a genius in tailoring, hairstyling and massaging. Not to mention that you're really strong for an 10 years old boy, even tho you don't have any visible muscles. Being that strong is good cause you can take care of yourself and of course me."
Jon found funny this whole story, and started noticing how some live returned to Mikey's eyes...
