The pain that followed was so intense that Denise passed out, and when she awoke again, she found herself in what appeared to be a hospital room. She was in a hospital bed and next to the bed were a bunch of medical vital monitors, but other than that, the room was basically empty. There wasn't even a window. Nothing but white walls, ceiling, and floor. And a metal door to her right.
She tried to get out of bed, but discovered that she was restrained to it. She looked down to see whether she could free herself from it and that's when she noticed her body. It was different.
