He slowly turned around and looked back at his mother. But the person making hot cocoa in the kitchen was not his mother. Not anymore. The stone must have interpreted that Jon wanted his mother to be a man, so that's what happened.
Already, things were out of control. Jon had breasts, his mother was a man. What else could go wrong?
