Jerry stood up, looking down and smiling at his creation, which was a very unique transmitter device, that (when attached to a conventional radio tower - which Jerry just happened to have on his property - he's a scientist, remember?) transmitted a special electromagnetic wave of Jerry's own design. When this EM wave interacted with any type of active electrical device (light bulb, hair dryer, refrigerator, television, lawn mower, car, etc.), it would cause a very unique reaction to any female in close proximity to said active electrical device. Exposure to the EM wave was cumulative, but the reaction in females was slow. However, once females are exposed, there's no turning back. They'll always feel the way they do at whatever level of exposure they stopped at.
What does this special EM wave cause, you might ask? Every time a female (one that has hit puberty) was exposed to it, through an any number of electrical devices, she will feel a brief jolt of sexual pleasure. As she was more exposed to the EM wave, that jolt of pleasure will become more and more intense ... until she will eventually actually have an orgasm just from using an electrical appliance.
But that's not all of what this special EM wave caused. The more exposure a female had, the lower their inhibitions towards sexual acts became. With enough exposure to the wave, even the most prudish woman could be turned into an insatiable slut. In their mind, the women would always come up with some sort of justification for their actions, to explain why they're acting that way, even if morals and ethics tell them that it's wrong.
The wave had no effect on males, so Jerry was safe from its effects.
Jerry picked up the device and took it out into the backyard to install it into his radio tower. Almost seven hours later, around five o'clock in the morning, he was finally done. He smiled, as he turned it on, bringing his new transmitter to life.
"I think I'll call this new EM wave ... the Electrogasm Wave."
