When Jon was dressed and all ready for school, he made his way downstairs to grab some breakfast.

After he got something to eat and sat down at the table, his sister Zoe walked into the room. And that was when he dropped his fork and stared. She wasn't gothic in the slightest. Her hair was back to its normal light brown color, except for some blonde highlights, her skin was tanned, her clothing was for the most part pink, and she wore pink make-up. What had happened to her? Was this some kind of unintended side-effect of his wish?

"Yeah," she said into her cellphone, smiling. "Can you believe that?"

Jon wondered who she was talking to. Her friend Athena? Or Zelda? Probably not, if she was like this. Chances were they probably didn't want anything to do with her anymore. Little did he know, all of the Goths were now not gothic in the slightest and all part of the popular crowd.

"Sarah, don't worry. It's all gonna be fine."

Sarah? Jon thought.

After Zoe was done with her call, Jon asked "Who was that on the phone?"

"It's just Sarah," she said, opening the refrigerator to look for something to eat.

"Sarah who?"

"Sarah McMillan. Who else?"

That didn't make any sense. They hated each other. But ... maybe not anymore? If Zoe was like this, someone who clearly looked like she was part of the popular crowd ... wait a minute. Popular crowd? Jon recalled the wish he made. After he wished to be one of the most popular people at school, nothing seemed to happen. But now he was realizing that something did happen. It made his sister Zoe one of the most popular people, and more than that, made her friends with Sarah McMillan, someone who normally picked on her. But why did it grant the wish to Zoe and not Jon? "Could you ... uh ... excuse me?" he said, before standing up and rushing out of the room.

Once he got back to his bedroom, he grabbed the stone. "I wish ..."
